Description
Sakkie is one of the sanctuary’s rescued goats and proof that personality is never determined by size. He was born different. At KDS, he enjoys a life of safety, companionship and freedom from the exploitation so many farmed animals endure.
Now known and loved as an individual, Sakkie reminds visitors that goats are intelligent, emotionally complex animals deserving of kindness and respect.
Sakkie is curious, mischievous and always eager to investigate whatever is happening. Clever and full of confidence, he has a knack for placing himself at the centre of the action and keeping everyone thoroughly entertained.
Be Sakkie’s shining star for R300 per month or R3600 per year.
